The concave (bowl liner) forms the stationary crushing surface of the HP series cone crusher. Our 4829 5944 concave for the Nordberg HP500 is cast from high-manganese steel with the correct MnCr2 ratio, providing excellent work hardening under pressure and high resistance to abrasive wear. Segments are supplied as a complete set with matched mantles, and can be produced in a range of chamber profiles (standard, medium, fine, extra fine) to suit your crushing circuit.
